Learning & Development
At Profectus Group, we take your development seriously. As a grad, you will have check ins with your manager on a regular basis, some of these are formal and others less formal. Our annual performance review process commences in July followed by consolidating your areas for development into your Development Plan which is finalized in September each year. This forms part of your Individual Learning Journey with Profectus Group. In addition, we support your development through our various programs and training budget. You will enjoy setting your quarterly goals, gaining feedback on your performance and celebrating achieving your KPIs.

Graduate Analyst Program
If you are due to complete your studies or have recently done so in the last two years, then the Profectus Group Graduate Analyst Program may be the first step in launching your career working with industry scale data analytics and market leading technologies.
Focused on supplier income management, spend management and insights, supplier contract compliance and analytical (Audit focused) programs with a focus on commercially beneficial outcomes for our clients.
What does this role look like?
The graduate analyst role at Profectus Group is a 2 year rotational program allowing exposure to different parts of the business covering a wide range of ASX 100 listed clients.
During this time, you will be focused on three key areas of the business allowing an 8-month rotation within our Retail analytics, GNFR or Business Intelligence/Technology service lines.
A brief overview of the areas you may be exposed to during your first two years:
Profectus Group ingests significant volumes of transactional data across many of the leading Retail entities across ANZ such as well known grocery chains, pharmacy retailers and department stores.
During your time in this role you will gain insights into analysing areas such as duplicate supplier payments, rebates, promotional spend/activities, marketing and fixed income support, product level transactional and pricing analysis and many more.
Our retail clients trust Profectus Group with their data to provide them with commercial outcomes by identifying human errors within their large volumes of transactional data. These beneficial outcomes for our clients can often total millions of dollars of benefits for our clients and will involve exposure to many household names and brands you will see on your local high street.
Profectus Group provides analytical services through our market specific IP and tools to provide rolling or historical analytics on complex contracts within the indirect purchasing space. This role covers off several large banks, mining and logistics entities across ANZ.
During your time in this role you will gain insights into analysing complex contractual areas such as freight and logistics, facilities management, labour and people contracts plus many many more.
Our clients within this space rely upon Profectus Group to ingest/process and provide continuous contract compliance on all of their indirect payments and will typically involve exposure to high street names in banking or mining.
One of the growing areas within Profectus Group is utilising our data within market leading dashboard and BI technology to provide our partners greater insights into their data.
This role layers above our other services by providing our partners spend and supplier income management dashboards, optimisation of resources and gap analysis insights.
During your time in this role you will be responsible for assisting the BI team in crafting internal or external data models for review and potential implementation.
Strong SQL skills (or willingness to advance and learn) are valuable within this area.
