Performance Analysis Reporting
Performance Analysis Reporting (PAR) is the set of tailored reports that communicate clear findings based on each client’s specific needs and requirements, and are produced regularly during the course of the analysis to keep the client informed of the project's progress. These reports provide detailed information on various recovery sources and the error causes as they are revealed, and contains actionable recommendations for immediate and relevant process changes.
Benefits of the reporting include:
- supports specialised projects (e.g. vendor rationalisation, or the integration of new businesses)
- provides insight into any specific performance concerns, trends and observations
- reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that existing systems struggle to generate
- identifies internal control issues and concerns, and provides practical recommendations for improvement
- identifies opportunities for further process efficiencies, control improvements and policy refinements in the Procure-to-Pay process.
