Executive Chairman
Robert co-founded Profectus in 2001 and has over ten years experience across various analytical, data management, business development and project management roles, and when combined with numerous client experiences provides valuable direction on the continued refinement of our service offerings and Software Solutions. Robert governs the strategic direction and expansion of Profectus, and is currently based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Matthew Lally, MBA, B.Bus(Acc)
Managing Director
Matt has over eight years experience in the Financial Transaction Analysis industry, and is a key driver in setting the strategic direction, successful expansion and delivery of Profectus' analysis and software services. Matt brings experience from previous Management Consulting, Finance and Marketing roles in large and small organisations to ensure Profectus can provide value to our clients.
Shaun Mitchell, B.Bus(comp), ITIL, MAICD
Operations Director
A former CIO, Shaun’s solid technical knowledge is applied to Profectus' commitment to maintaining a technological edge in all our Services and Software Solutions. As Operations Director, Shaun provides valuable leadership to the teams, and plays a key role in the continued growth, process enhancement and strategic vision of Profectus. Shaun has previous experience in a number of executive roles in public, private and government organisations.
Radek Gorski B.Bus (B&F), CISA
Project Director
Radek has over eleven years experience in the extraction and analysis of data from the world's leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MIMMS, JD Edwards and many proprietary systems. As a co-founder of Profectus, Radek is instrumental in the development of our best practice methodology and analytical routines. Radek leads our analytical teams on major client projects, providing valuable guidance using his data management expertise to create and implement our industry leading analysis and software solutions.
Virginia Mitchell, Grad Dip Bus (IS)
General Manager: New Zealand
Based in our Auckland office, Virginia has overall responsibility for the delivery of Profectus' products and services to our New Zealand clients. Virginia is a sales and project management professional with 15 years experience across a range of industries including telecommunications, technology hardware, finance and distribution software. Her valuable relationship management skills, customer focus and experience in managing technical projects ensure successful delivery of all projects for our New Zealand clients.
Peter O'Sullivan, B.E.C (Acc) CPA
General Manager: Europe
Peter brings over 17 years of diverse global financial experience to Profectus, which covers a broad range of industries including retail, hospitality, sport, IT, media, telecommunications and travel. Peter has held board positions for both public and private companies in the UK and Australia. Most recently, Peter has been involved with consultancy positions for British Telecom, and Trinity Mirror, as the European Financial Controller for EBookers, and as CFO for Webjet Limited, Australia's fastest growing online travel agency.
